Class Description

Interseason yoga sessions aim to manage the transition from summer to winter for our bodies + minds.  Focus is on refining our strength, + flexibility with an aim to addressing imbalances + supporting our overall health, fitness + energy goals.

Classes will focus on breath work, core-centric movement, joint mobility + refining our postural alignment.

Please bring your own mat if you have one.

Mats can be borrowed with advanced notice (contact Bec)

Studio Access

The yoga studio is located above the Biomonde Holysphera Supermarket .

Enter using the door to the left side of the building + come upstairs.

Studio Parking

There is street parking around the venue + underground parking Les Alpins (first 1h30 is free) + a parking lot at the roundabout below Base Camp Lodge. Please DO NOT PARK in the spaces marked ‘reserved for Biomonde customers’
