Let’s yoga outside! Summer yoga involves a mixture of yoga postures, qigong, breathwork + meditations to keep us balanced + connected through the highs of summertime. The movement practice is dynamic with a of combination of strength, flexibility work + mindful practice involves breathwork, focussed concentration + deep rest.
Bring you own mat (and perhaps a beach towel in case of damp ground)
