So Zen Lunch hour ~ Brain + Body Reset – SOWO Bourg St Maurice

An event every week that begins at 12:15 pm on Monday, repeating until 7th February 2022
Learn how to improve your work output by increasing your attention to breath + body awareness. Using tools and techniques from various yoga lineages (including hatha, kundalini + yin) together with modern techniques from kinesiology, psychology + mindfulness.
We will use these practices to mobilize the spine (to ease aches + pains associated with deskwork or extended periods of sitting) together with breathwork + meditations (to improve overall wellness, brain function, creativity, mental clarity + relieve stress)
Bring your own mat, towel or floor covering. Wear comfortable clothing lose enough to enable movement + breath – sports wear is not necessary.
