Yin Yoga ~ Summer Balance ~ Le Potager (veggie garden behind the church)

Yin Yoga is a beautifully still + calming practice that requires poses to be held passively for several minutes to get into the connective tissue + fascia. (Read more about Fascia in the BLOG)
Breathwork + Meditation may accompany the postural practice to enable introspection + calming of the nervous system.
The benefits of yin yoga are to improve posture, rehabilitate after injury, destress, create more space, hydration + flexibility in the body. Just because it’s still, doesn’t mean it’s easy!
Open to All levels
Pay by card online or through Revolut (@balancebec) or by cash sur place.
Cards held from the last winter season will remain valid through to September.
Bring your own mat (and perhaps a beach towel in case of damp ground)
