Yoga for Spine Health ~ Monday Lunchtime ~ Sowo Loft

Start the week well with lunchtime yoga (1hr) dedicated to spine health. Class will include breathwork, joint mobility, passive stretches + core strengthening. This class is ideal for office workers, postural issues, stress management, back pain management + yoga beginners.
Pay by card online or through Revolut (@balancebec) or by cash/cheque sur place.
Multi class passes can be used across all Balance Bec classes for the duration of their validity.
Please bring your own yoga mat or request to borrow in advance.
