Rebecca (Becs) is a yoga practitioner of 25 years with over 17 years of teaching experience. Trained in multiple disciplines she offers a variety of classes, workshops, events + retreats to support your wellbeing needs + complement your mountain experience in the French Alps. YOGA FLOW develops your yoga practice + manages your energy in Season using TCM 5 element theory + breathwork, movement, MFR/acupressure + relaxation.

YIN YOGA improves your range of motion, flexibility, tissue hydration, destresses + supports the nervous system

YOGA BASICS is for beginners + anyone wishing to better understand the foundations of yoga.

SNOWGA is for Skiers + Snowboarders to Move better, Feel better + Slide better (pre ski + apres-ski)

YOGA FOR SPINE HEALTH is for better posture + back pain management for everyday movement + desk workers. Classes target (a) spinal MOBILITY through Yin yoga + somatic practices and (b) spinal STABILITY through Core strength + endurance combined with awareness of pelvic + upper body alignment.

CONSCIOUS FLOW is for living more purposefully according to your own gifts + talents – Sessions can include Breathwork, Meditation + Intuitive Insights (including astrology, numerology, reiki, kriya + chakra balancing)

YOGA FOR KIDS for playful yoga for kids from aged 3 upwards. Yoga for teens takes a more structured + mindful approach with movement breath + interoception practices.

WHERE: We do Yoga in various locations – indoors + outdoors, depending on the season. We do not have a dedicated year round studio. Click on the class calendar for class location.
