Move better, Breathe better and Feel better through alignment, breath and focus.
We connect with our bodies and breath in a sequence of movements which build heat and unlock blocked energy centres. The continual flowing movements of vinyasa help stretch and elongate our muscles while they are being strengthened, allowing greater flexibility and range of motion. This class offers plenty of challenges for improvers too. You are encouraged to try different variations which suit you and to work at your own pace.
We will work with the Earth element, building strong foundations and awareness of energy centres (Bandha). The intention for our interseason flows is to nurture and support body and mind, feel rooted, centered and self aware in preparation for the Winter months to come.
